Terms of Service

The plain rules for using AussieLoan.

By uploading a screenshot or using this site, you're agreeing to these terms. They're short on purpose.

Last updated 17 May 2026.

What we do

When you upload a screenshot of your home loan, we read what we can from it, compare your rate against public lender offers, and email you a short report with what we found. That’s the service.

Not financial advice

The report is general information based on the screenshot you uploaded and public market offers we could find at the time. It is not personal financial advice, credit assistance, or a mortgage broking service. It is not a recommendation to switch lenders. Use it as a starting point for a conversation with a licensed mortgage broker, credit representative, or financial adviser — not as a decision in itself.

Home loan rates, discounts, fees and eligibility criteria change often. We do our best to be accurate but we can’t guarantee a quoted offer will still be available when you contact a lender. Always confirm before applying or signing anything.

Savings estimates are indicative only

Any savings number in the report is an estimate based on the limited information visible in your screenshot. Actual savings depend on your specific loan, lender, property, income, eligibility, fees, exit costs, LMI, and many other factors we can’t see from a screenshot.

What we need from you

What we can’t promise

We may decline to review a screenshot — for instance, if we can’t read it, if the lender isn’t in our coverage, or if it’s not the kind of product we handle yet. We’ll tell you if that’s the case.

To the extent allowed by Australian law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties. We’re not liable for any losses arising from decisions you make based on the report. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that can’t lawfully be excluded.

Pricing

AussieLoan is free while we’re in beta. If that changes, we’ll say so on the site before charging anyone.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The version dated at the top of this page is the one that applies.
